Jade

Dear Readers ,

I have been watching Sky News on a chilled & relaxed Sunday - all filled with Jade's (former 'Big Brother' reality TV show 'star' ) - can't say that I have ever been able to stand this rather grotesque individual especially after showing herself for the monster that she was during the show with the lovely Shilpa Shetty , however wouldn't wish her current torment of terminal cancer on anyone, so along with thousands of others I wish her well .

Celebrity Liason

Dear readers,

The horrors in Gaza continue to disturb me deeply - how can this be allowed to happen?

Certainly helps one to get a grip on one's own life - such as a recent episode in which I was invited by a well-known fairly high-profile politician (well he likes to think this ) to an evening out in London ; I saw it as an opportunity to chat & get to know what seemed like an interesting guy- how wrong was I & how cold he became when he realised that I had no interest or ulterior motives for an agenda in which I might possibly be so in awe of him that my lead to my being more interested than he would have hoped ; the liaison therefore ended in him ignoring me for several days after our meeting , then a brief and polite communication from me resulting in him (having been intensely texting me for days prior to our meeting ) asking me who I was & then informing me that I had an attitude problem !!

Fortunately, many already see this shady character for what he is , a rather bullying , angry , arrogant and cold individual who does not like rejection or anyone getting the upper hand and who has found a certain (currently very topical ) niche market in the media and political circles to exploit .

More later.

Gaza

Hi to any readers out there,

Been off radar as firstly have not been able to access my account ......yes, extremely embarrassing but I guess it happens to the best of us.

What is happening in this crazy world ? Thousands of innocent women, children and civilians are being murdered and maimed in Palestine by the Israeli's and nobody seems to give a damn!

Israel being a first world developed nuclear super power claims it's acting in self defence -what against poor innocent defenceless human beings who live in over crowded sub- human conditions ? Oh please !

A Christmas Cruise !

Hello again ,

An interesting week.

Lady Ellipsis had her Christmas works do on Monday – it was stunning – a boat on the River Thames on a beautiful clear sunny day; the boat, what you could call a floating conservatory toured down the river, along with superb food , a delicious live band & a singer! Bliss & the best ever Chrimbo party that Ellipsis has yet attended!

Ciao for now ,

Holidays

A holiday is a great time for being you and finding yourself. It can give you a great perspective in life and can re energise & help focus on what’s important taking away from the petty everyday-ness of work and responsibility.

The sea is also therapeutic making you realise that no matter how in control you think you are, you’re not really, there are much more powerful forces of nature out there.

Fly me to the moon

Ola !

So Lady Ellipsis in all her 5.7" , 8.5 stone glory donned glamorously in Pri-maani rocked up at Gatwick North long-stay in her Jaguar to board her first ever Orange Eye to sunny Spain. Only panic being a 40-minute delay joining the M25 from the M26, luckily being the ever-organised Virgo (with Aries rising she’ll have you know) gave herself a 2-hour drive time rather than the usual 45 minutes.

Departing from Gatwick North terminal on the morning of the 1st of December proved to be quite a surprisingly pleasant experience! Check-in being relatively straightforward apart from the confiscation of a bottle of well-known energy sports drink at security.

All staff at the terminal were efficient helpful and friendly, down to the awfully nice chap at *Bucks who supplied me with a free skinny latte owing to them not having my choice of a tall wet latte made from whole (fat) milk -it was actually rather nice considering not my usual choice.

Boarding the 10.50am flight, fellow passengers were terribly interesting and friendly, many of whom appeared to be well-to-do sophisticated travellers going out for short retirement breaks, golfing holidays etc; the two nice people, husband/wife seated next to me were retired TV directors from Fulham and very interesting they were too !

Viva Espania!

Lady Ellipsis believes that the sun may finally be starting to shine on her starting with this blog and with her first trip to Spain tomorrow.

For anyone interested in what could quite rightly be perceived as a sad & boring life, I shall report back on my return after a week or so .

Adios amigos , & hasta la vista ..
